October is Pastor Appreciation Month


 

And we urge you, brethren, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you and to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. -1 Thessalonians 5:13

D-Now "One Weekend" to be held in February

  POBA's D-Now "One Weekend" will be held on February 20-22, 2026 at First Baptist Church in Blackshear.  The speaker will be Alex Gore, Student Pastor of Rocky Creek Baptist Church in Greenville, South Carolina. Music will be led by Whit Smith.  The cost will be $15 per person, which can be paid in advance or at the door.  Schedule:  F riday: 6:30 PM (doors open at 6 PM) Saturday Morning: 10:30 AM (doors open at 10 AM) Saturday Evening: 6:30 PM (doors open at 6 PM)
